Return and Replacement

De Niche endeavors to ensure that every transaction at our website is seamless. We take great care in delivering our products and adhere to the highest quality standards.

As a policy, we do not offer returns or exchanges on products which are delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed.

We want you to love any product that you buy from us and in case you are not completely satisfied with them, please call us on +91 9619699445 or drop us a mail at support@deniche.in with the subject line 'Returns & Replacements' and we will get back to you.

*All Replacement & Return mails are considered within 48 hours of you receiving your product delivery.

*To be eligible for a replacement or return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Following are the various cases for Returns & Replacements :

1. You received a damaged item -

  • Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
  • Attach your digital photos to your registered email and send them to support@deniche.in. We will revert to your mail after verification within 24 hours.
  • Courier the product along with its invoice to the address confirmed on email by De Niche Team.
  • We would ensure your order reaches you on priority basis and we would also refund you your return courier amount.

 2. You received the wrong item -

  • Take a digital photo of the damaged item; include a photo of the box if it was also damaged.
  • Attach your digital photos to your registered email and send them to support@deniche.in. We will revert to your mail after verification within 24 hours.
  • Courier the product along with its invoice to the address confirmed on email by De Niche Team.
  • We would ensure your order reaches you on priority basis and we would also refund you your return courier amount.
